We evaluate financing opportunities based on the merits of the transaction, the property, the collateral position, and the strength of the exit, and on applicable lending guidelines, without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, the good-faith exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
